Garden tips

With the right gardening tips, any person can have a successful and beautiful garden. For example, experts suggest that deciding on what type of plant you’re growing should be the first step. Plant-choice is a good stepping stone which will determine all the other stages of your career as a gardener.

Some other quick gardening tips include:
• Don’t let slugs, snails or other small bugs hide in your pots – they cause draining damage.
• Water plants with deep root-systems less than plants with shallow roots.
• Water in the morning – this gives the plant time to absorb the water before the afternoon heat evaporates it all.

Other gardening tips include testing the soil around your plant to determine the correct amount of water it needs. Soil is too dry when it crumbles through your fingers and too wet when it forms a small ball when you squeeze it. The perfect soil holds together without packing densely.
